Absolute Nightmare Experience - Avoid at All Costs

Absolute Nightmare Experience - Avoid at All Costs This company has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. It's been over a week of pure frustration, and every single day they're requesting more documents related to a notarization that was already completed through their own recommended notary company. The Problem: They can't seem to access or locate documents that were properly submitted through their preferred notarization service. Instead of resolving their internal communication issues, they're forcing me to redundantly resubmit the same paperwork over and over again. What's Particularly Infuriating: Used their recommended notary service as instructed, completed all notarization requirements properly, documents were successfully submitted through their system, they acknowledge the notarization exists but claim they "can't get the documents", daily requests for the same materials I've already provided multiple times. The Reality: This appears to be a systematic failure on their end - either their document management system is broken, or there's a serious disconnect between their notary service and their processing department. Rather than fix their internal problems, they're making customers pay the price through endless document resubmissions. Bottom Line: Save yourself the headache and find a company that has their act together. The level of disorganization and redundant requests suggests they're either incompetent or deliberately creating obstacles. Either way, your time and sanity are worth more than this nightmare process. Hidden Fees and Misleading Information: There's absolutely no upfront disclosure that married couples only pay $5 for the second notarization. This critical cost information is buried somewhere in their system, leaving customers to discover it after the fact. Even worse, their own notary told me I had to go through the entire process again, resulting in a $50 charge when the total should have been $30. This lack of transparency feels deliberately deceptive - either their staff doesn't understand their own pricing structure, or they're intentionally withholding cost-saving information from customers. Either way, it's unacceptable business practice that costs people unnecessary money. Confusing Process and Terrible Customer Support: When you sign up, they fail to provide clear instructions on how to complete their processes, instead directing you to contact their chat support. What follows is an infuriating runaround that wastes hours of your time. You get bounced between "Freddy AI," then shuffled to a bot, then promised a live representative who appears for mere seconds, claims they "don't see you there," and immediately disconnects. This cycle repeats endlessly, trapping you in a customer service maze designed to exhaust you into giving up. You'll spend hours going in circles with no actual resolution, just automated responses and phantom representatives who vanish the moment they connect. It's a deliberately broken system that prioritizes avoiding customer contact over providing legitimate support. Contradictory Communications and Chaos: After enduring hours of customer service hell, you're then bombarded with conflicting emails from multiple staff members. One person claims you weren't properly notarized and the notary didn't work, while another sends completely different information saying the notarization failed for entirely different reasons. Now you're dealing with two separate people making contradictory demands, forcing you to waste even more time clarifying that you'll only communicate with one person to avoid this confusion. It's absolutely ridiculous that their internal communication is so broken that their own staff can't coordinate basic information about your account. This kind of disorganized, contradictory messaging shows a company that has no control over its own processes and leaves customers to clean up their internal mess. Endless Repetition and Lost Documents: Finally, you're assigned one person who calls daily just to repeat the exact same information over and over. You keep sending the requested documents, but they vanish into cyberspace with no acknowledgment or progress. As a busy professional, you don't have time to babysit their broken system Final Verdict: Save yourself the headache and find a different company that actually respects your time and has functioning systems in place. This organization's broken processes, contradictory communications, and complete inability to handle basic document processing make it clear they're not worth the stress — there are definitely better options out there that won't put you through this nightmare!
