World class efficient and prompt customer service
Efficient and prompt customer service by Rotimatic online customer service representative Sahil. I did not initially thought that they will sort out the issue so quickly. It was almost 9:00 pm but they responded promptly. Their representative Sahil patiently heard the issue about Kicker not working, suggested some technical reasons, and immediately started the fixing of machine from remotely. I am extremely pleased to get such world class customer service from them.
