This company is a complete money grab

This company is a complete money grab, SCAM. On 3/23 I put a claim in for a faulty garbage disposal. FPHW said that they would refund me $150 for the item after 45 business days. The initial contractor that came to t/s the disposal said that First Premier Home Warranty was the worse company he ever dealt with, that they never answer the phones and never pay up. After the 45 business days, I’ve contacted FPHW over 10x - I’ve been given canned statements that the check will be mailed out in 2 more days to now the check has been mailed out (it’s a different excuse every time I call). This has been going on for 2 months. I highly doubt I’ll ever get a refund. This company is can be summed up in 2 words …. Thieves and Liars. If you’re lol g to sign up for a Home Warranty Company DO NOT give First Premier Home Warranty your business.

Been waiting 4 months to get refunded…

Been waiting 4 months to get refunded for a garbage disposal. Everytime I call for a status update, I get the same canned answer. It’s in a billing department and the check will be mailed out this week. On 2 occasions, I had claims dept hand up on me. First Premier Home Warranty has horrible customer service and their so called services are even worse. They have a so called policy that they have 45 business days before sending out a refund - it’s over 65 for me. I doubt I’ll ever get reimbursed from them … I’d stay far away from this company. They will do everything in their powers to screw you over.
