Bad costumer service & hearing aides
Nebroo says 120 day full refund if not satisfied . Thats false … I got my Nebroo infinity nothing worked could not get them to perform tried all ears buds . Upon requesting refund I played email tag , they were trying to upsell , I said no I want my full refund . They gave me an option they wouldn’t let me return them for full refund but told me to give them to someone & only would give me 50 % refund …. SCAM !!! They were tunnel sounding loud on low volume setting .. bad costumer service !!! Stay away
