No response to anyone at the moment
Ordered a iron man helmet in March 2021, communication was great and after 5-6 months or so I chased for an update to which I would get an instant response the few times I emailed in, problems with chips then problems with painting which was not a problem. Now there is no response to emails at all, was told shipment end of October, no update and emails are being ignored and other people are having the same problem. You only have to look over at their Instagram page to see how many people are in the same boat, I can not obtain a refund as its been 180+ days, I would take a refund or my helmet but neither are possible with no email replies. I also noticed on their website some reviews are saying they ordered their helmet AFTER my order date and have already received their orders. Either they don't prioritise who orders first or their reviews on the website are fake, I'm not sure which one is true but joetoys need to give a lot of customer an update/answer! EDIT ON 08/12/2021 the helmet arrived, there is a defect to which one of the eyes does not light up, awaiting a response
