Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the impressive craftsmanship, vibrant colors, and incredible overall attention to detail on all items. Consumers are consistently thrilled with how realistic, well-fitting, and comfortable the costumes and masks feel when worn. Furthermore, buyers often share that the support team communicates clearly and provides helpful updates throughout the process. However, some people mentioned that international shipping took quite a long time and delivery was frequently delayed. Some reviewers were not happy with minor quality flaws upon arrival, noting surface scuffs, weak brackets, or broken parts.

The voice command is so fun. All instructions on how to use were included and were easy to understand. Would absolutely recommend
I can't say enough about how happy I am with my BvS suit. Communication with Clara and what I wanted was excellent. She was great and the suit turned out amazing.
This was the best birthday gift for my son! Made with great materials, the voices controls... its like having THE Tony Stark helmet. We are very happy with the purchase. Worth the investment!
As advertised! Works great and my team colors are popping. You have to get one
The Helmet functioned as advertised. Delivery took a little longer than I anticipated. But they did respond promptly to my emails and kept me in formed of shipping date of the product.
Product made in China. Any issues you have you would have to send it back for double the cost of the product. Mask gets stuck when opening. Remotes dont pair all the time. You can get an American made product with less hassle.
Absolutely outstanding experience. JoeToys helped me take my Master Chief armor from an impressive costume to something that genuinely looks like it stepped straight out of the Halo universe. They worked with me to get the fit dialed in perfectly while preserving mobility and functionality—no small task with armor this substantial. The finished suit is incredibly detailed, proportioned perfectly, comfortable enough to actually move in, and looks hyper-realistic in person and in photos. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and willingness to help me get everything exactly right exceeded my expectations. If you’re serious about building a screen-worthy Halo cosplay, I couldn’t recommend JoeToys more highly. 10/10 experience and an absolutely phenomenal final result.
Paint job was horrible considering the price. My helmet was also shipped without me verifying the design. So now I’m left gifting my boyfriend a helmet with a horrible paint job and a design I know he didn’t want on there. Wish your team would’ve waited until I confirmed the design before sending out anything. They could’ve sent out more emails trying to get a hold of me to confirm the design before makes a choice for me on something IM PAYING FOR!!!
Even though it was a fairly long wait for the item, Joe's was very good at communicating updates. Once received, it looks so much better in person. Amazing work!!
I ordered my dad a mask for his birthday. It arrived to his house in great condition and ahead of time.
My order was delivered within the time frame that was stated. Very prompt. The Batman MuscleSuit looked so good, that I put a bat emblem on it and I’m using it as a primary suit. The fit is perfect and very comfortable.
I purchased an Iron Man helmet from Joey’s Toys for my grandson, and I couldn’t be happier! It’s the voice-activated Jarvis helmet, and he absolutely loved it! It was everything they described on the website and more. Joey’s Toys was also a pleasure to do business with. Whenever I had a question or concern, they responded immediately, and my package arrived exactly when promised. I highly recommend Joey’s Toys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I bought three mask as birthday gifts awfully were great. Everyone was excited and happy and can’t wait to use them during game day.
Excellent experience from start to finish! The team was very professional, responsible, and always kept me updated throughout the entire process. They responded quickly to all of my questions and made sure I knew what was happening with my order every step of the way. The shipping was on time, the packaging was secure, and the quality of the product exceeded my expectations. My Spider-Man mask looks amazing and is exactly as advertised. I would definitely recommend Joetoys to anyone looking for high-quality collectibles and outstanding customer service. I'll happily order from them again!
Product works great! It’s as advertised and shown. Thinking about getting another one for my wife. Hoping they make the “rescue” mask from the (Iron Man Armor Mark XLIX).
Everything about the process was great. This was a father's day gift and I was concerned about it getting here on time. Customer service was excellent and calmed my fears and it got here in plenty of time and it was a hit. My son was so proud to give it and his dad's mouth literally fell open. He turned into a kid again. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again. Go birds!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with JoeToys! Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they were very quick in getting my Master Chief Halo suit delivered. The material and overall quality look amazing, and the attention to detail is impressive. I can’t wait to wear it at shows and comic conventions. Highly recommended!
The team who make these armors are truly gifted! My order came out even better than I could have imagined. Every step of the way they communicated well with me and gave me updates, and sent it to me in a timely manner considering how much work it takes to build. I cannot wait to purchase another armor very soon and would highly recommend ordering one!
Wonderful mask, really well made. My son loved it.
Decal are backwards and not hand painted. Mask is not worth the amount. Scam
