评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the impressive craftsmanship, vibrant colors, and incredible overall attention to detail on all items. Consumers are consistently thrilled with how realistic, well-fitting, and comfortable the costumes and masks feel when worn. Furthermore, buyers often share that the support team communicates clearly and provides helpful updates throughout the process. However, some people mentioned that international shipping took quite a long time and delivery was frequently delayed. Some reviewers were not happy with minor quality flaws upon arrival, noting surface scuffs, weak brackets, or broken parts.

Absolutely loved it everything works as a charm thanks guys
Fully Functional
I suppose I would have liked more progress updates between ordering and shipping, but I was pleased that the company was able to improve upon the original arrival date. And the helmet looks and functions great! But there are a few scuffs on the face plate, and I would have preferred a pristine mask. If they continue to offer interesting products, I would order from them again.

While the shoes and gloves weren’t accurate to the game, it’s undeniable how well it all looks. It was well worth the wait and I’m grateful for all the work Joetoys has done.

The problem was I ordered the item on 10/7/2025, and it was received on 12/22/2025. It was to be a birthday present and had to been given for Christmas instead. At that point I was just happy to receive the item.
BEWARE! They send you a cheaper item than the video!
They sent a completely different helmet than the one advertised. I wish I could get my money back. Luckily I’m making a video for my instagram showing everyone how you scammed me.

I just checked your order and found that what you ordered was a stand, not a helmet. Can you please contact us as i believe there is a misunderstanding
Awesome gift (:
Awesome gift (: Delivered on time. Well packed, didn't expect the material to be simple plastic but it works great, the sound is very cool, the voice response from the helmet is adding great experience. Overall its very cool! Thanks.

Order an Electronic Iron Man MK 5…
Order an Electronic Iron Man MK 5 Helmet it arrived very quick in great condition I love❤️it and so does my Son but I’m keeping it. I am also going to buy the War Machine out fit cosplay, Thank You for everything, I’ll be referring everyone I know where to buy.
Great Purchase
Easy to deal with, delivery was simple. The mask was well protected and arrived in great condition. Love it
The MK5 helmet in Gold
The MK5 helmet I have now is exceptional. It took longer than expected to arrive (around 3 months), and the first shipment I got did not transform well. They were helpful with troubleshooting, transparent on email updates on helmet status and replaced it sufficiently
