The helmet is absolutely incredible. Every detail is amazing and well worth the cost. I would highly recommend buying one of these. Everyone who has seen it in action are completely blown away at how realistic it is.
I had to wait several months to get mine after placing order. That actually wasn’t an issue for me. The site told me it would be a while and that I needed to be patient. My only issue was communication wasn’t always the best. I’d get small updates here and there. But when I would email them, sometimes I’d get a response right away..sometimes no response. That was especially frustrating when several months had passed and I didn’t hear anything.
However, in the end they did finally contact me. I got the shipping number to track my order, it arrived safely and well packaged.
Honestly, the masks/helmets I purchased were utterly amazing. I was skeptical they would work as advertised and much to my happy surprise they work amazing and look fantastic. Packaging was top notch as well. I removed 1 star because the second of my purchases was very late in arriving, I believe they might have forgotten my order. However a simple email was all it took to get my final order and their oversight was easily forgiven.
So far as of today ben waiting 9 month and 2 emails latter still have not resaved it. Did get tracking about a month ago but still to this day tells me i have wrong number. Communication is there but not helpful. other sellers out there for a little more come in fast. not worth the time.
