The Helmet functioned as advertised. Delivery took a little longer than I anticipated. But they did respond promptly to my emails and kept me in formed of shipping date of the product.
Product made in China. Any issues you have you would have to send it back for double the cost of the product. Mask gets stuck when opening. Remotes dont pair all the time. You can get an American made product with less hassle.
Absolutely outstanding experience. JoeToys helped me take my Master Chief armor from an impressive costume to something that genuinely looks like it stepped straight out of the Halo universe. They worked with me to get the fit dialed in perfectly while preserving mobility and functionality—no small task with armor this substantial. The finished suit is incredibly detailed, proportioned perfectly, comfortable enough to actually move in, and looks hyper-realistic in person and in photos. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and willingness to help me get everything exactly right exceeded my expectations. If you’re serious about building a screen-worthy Halo cosplay, I couldn’t recommend JoeToys more highly. 10/10 experience and an absolutely phenomenal final result.
Paint job was horrible considering the price. My helmet was also shipped without me verifying the design. So now I’m left gifting my boyfriend a helmet with a horrible paint job and a design I know he didn’t want on there. Wish your team would’ve waited until I confirmed the design before sending out anything. They could’ve sent out more emails trying to get a hold of me to confirm the design before makes a choice for me on something IM PAYING FOR!!!

Everything about the process was great. This was a father's day gift and I was concerned about it getting here on time. Customer service was excellent and calmed my fears and it got here in plenty of time and it was a hit. My son was so proud to give it and his dad's mouth literally fell open.
