The problem was I ordered the item on 10/7/2025, and it was received on 12/22/2025. It was to be a birthday present and had to been given for Christmas instead. At that point I was just happy to receive the item.
BEWARE! They send you a cheaper item than the video!
They sent a completely different helmet than the one advertised. I wish I could get my money back. Luckily I’m making a video for my instagram showing everyone how you scammed me.

The MK5 helmet I have now is exceptional. It took longer than expected to arrive (around 3 months), and the first shipment I got did not transform well. They were helpful with troubleshooting, transparent on email updates on helmet status and replaced it sufficiently
