So far, so good.
The bundled power station + solar panel said it included the solar cable, but I did not receive one. I wrote customer service, and the cable is on its way. So one big strike, and one decent bonus for good customer service leaves them at the moment at 3 stars.
Desperate company to deal with. Sold me a power bank for e1100 that wasn't in stock...never contacted me...when I queried where my order was they informed me it'd be another months wait or I could pay the extra for the next model up. I canceled my order and requested a refund, they then came back and offered me the next model for free, I declined, asked again for refund, took another few emails of assuring them I wanted my refund before they finally agreed. I would never deal with them again. Ordered similar of curry's and it arrived 2 days later and was cheaper.
⚠️ WARNING – STAY AWAY FROM ALLPOWERS ⚠️ I normally never post things like this, but after almost a year dealing with this company, I think other customers deserve to know. I purchased 3 ALLPOWERS products. ❌ ALL 3 were defective. S2000 Pro power station SS700 power station AP-SP033 200W solar panel Over the past months I have exchanged more than 50 emails with their customer service. They: acknowledged the defects, asked for photos and videos, approved replacements in writing, confirmed my shipping address, promised prepaid return labels... …and then simply stopped replying. Months later, nothing has been replaced, nothing has been refunded and they no longer answer my emails. The products also presented serious reliability issues, including: charging stopping at around 85%, abnormal battery readings, defective solar charging, damaged packaging with no proper protection for the solar panel. At this point I have filed complaints with: 🇭🇰 Hong Kong Consumer Council 🇭🇰 Hong Kong Customs 🇪🇺 European Consumer Centre (ECC) 🛒 Shopify I am now requesting a full refund, not replacements. If you are thinking about buying ALLPOWERS products, be aware of my experience. Save yourself months of frustration and buy from a company that actually honours its warranty. Everything I have stated is documented with emails, screenshots and written confirmations from ALLPOWERS.
Customer Service totally absent ? I had a r600 power station, which couldn't hold charge for very long. And it couldn't hold a very high current either (shutdown at even small loads) . Customer service always tells customers to "power cycle" the battery pack several times . Which didn't help at all. The discharge was pretty bad. Even when the power station was turned completely off, it couldn't hold a charge more than a few days. (I have read some Amazon reviews, explaining this exact issue, on the r600). "Finally", one of the usb-c ports, suddenly stopped working. Time a RMA , and the promised 5 year warranty.. Allpowers now completely ignores any contact (I have tried email, reddit, facebook, whatsapp etc) I did get a RMA ticket through an Amazon seller back in 2025 , but the seller has disappeared? Weird case.. And now , the returned r600 , has disappeared, from the hands of DHL ? They (DHL) say , that only allpowers (who created the rma shipping label) can report for a missing package.. But they do not answer at all..either regarding the rma , or the missing package.. So, at this moment, I would advise others, to avoid this company
The order arrived on time exactly what I wanted. Works great.
DO NOT BUY ALLPOWERS ANYTHING, brand new units fail all the time, the 5yr warranty doesn’t exist our unit has worked about 3 times now its an expensive paper weight, absolute rubbish please get something different
My power bank stopped working on a weekend out went to charge it because thought it was out of power but smoke came out informed all powers no uk number only email to china so this were the problem started waiting for reply then they want a video then they want you to send it back and it’s 19kg so not easy when they send a new one it’s not the same one as your old one it’s half the price so I insisted on the solar panel to go with it yes I got it but will never deal with them again this took six weeks of nothing but emails back and forward
Great product, great price and really fast shipping!! Received the solar panel within 3 days!!
Very desapointing services and no communication. I ordered solar panel and generator for French sockets and I received UK sockets. After several email they accepted for exchange and I did not make that mistake, I received DPD label for it but DPD driver never come and I sent many emails to Allpowers eu and never got feedback. So I do not recommand it at all. I paid 1200 euros for a generator I can t use. Very good.
Stay clear of this mob. They give a rats about customer service or Australian consumer laws. Bought an R4000 and R600 in a package deal from them in 2025. The R600 developed a major fault within 6 months and Allpowers refused to honour any kind of warranty or repair. ACCC and Office of Fair trading tried to get them to remedy and they just ignored it all with impunity.
My experience trying to purchase an ALLPOWERS S200 from Europe as a customer in Switzerland has honestly been extremely frustrating. On more than one occasion, listings on different eBay country sites appeared to allow shipping to Switzerland, payment was accepted, and the order process started normally — only for the transaction later to be cancelled and refunded because of ALLPOWERS regional shipping restrictions. The problem is not the refund itself. The problem is the inconsistency and confusion created for customers. If Switzerland is not supported directly by ALLPOWERS distribution policies, then listings should clearly prevent checkout from the beginning instead of allowing customers to proceed through the purchasing process first. After spending a long time researching models, comparing listings, and attempting multiple purchases, the experience became unnecessarily complicated and stressful. ALLPOWERS products themselves seem interesting and technically capable, but the regional sales and shipping management experience has been disappointing.
Iam happy with my R2500 works perfect. What worries my is mij additional order to upgrade the R2500 with an extra battery B1000. I pre ordered it at ALLPOWERS.EU. It would arrive at a Polish hub at the 7th of may. Then I would get a notice if it would be shopped to my adress. This would be at the 10th. Situation now is that I do net get any notification on the order. I send a email looked at the tracking but till now nothing. I hoop to hear something from Allpowers.
I received a damaged item, and there was a significant delay in shipping The item arrived damaged, and I also contacted customer support on the website, but I didn’t receive a response even after waiting 3 days Then I sent an email the email address is listed on the website But at that time, I was on a business trip Then I was told to send a photo of the damaged item along with the box I asked a friend who was nearby, and he sent it Then the store requested additional proof in the form of the shipping label Then I found a photo of the shipping label They changed their terms again and required me to dispose of the item, with the mandatory condition of sending a video of the serial number, which I did when I returned home After that, I received a response via the messenger app I’d been using for our recent messages, since the store had been ignoring my emails Here’s what the store said: “Since the oily liquid visible in the photo of the damage isn’t visible in the video, we believe the video may be from a different charging station” ALTHOUGH THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE MODEL I ORDERED, THE R1500 LITE, IS LOCATED ON THE BACK, AND THE DAMAGE IS ON THE FRONT, AND THE LIQUID THAT WAS SPILLED DURING THE DAMAGE COULD NOT HAVE... THE BACK COVER THIS IS JUST AN EXCUSE; ANOTHER CONDITION WAS DISPOSAL, WHICH I COMPLETED, BUT THE STORE NEVER PROVIDED A REFUND
The ALLPOWERS R600 looks good on paper with compact size, fast charging, and a 100W USB-C port for modern devices, which is one of its main selling points. However, my experience has been very disappointing. The USB-C port failed after only 3 months of normal use, which is far below reasonable durability expectations for a product in this category. The bigger issue is after-sales support. The seller initially offered a $50 partial refund, which was not appropriate for a faulty unit. They then suggested repair but later refused due to return costs and stopped responding entirely. While the product may work well initially for light use like charging devices or small appliances, reliability and support are critical—and in this case, both have fallen short. Overall: Not recommended based on durability and lack of seller support.
new power station but its not working , Allpowers wont support as purchased new from a none support vender best used as a paperweight pure junk get another brand do not purchase this brand as look at the reviews
I purchased an ALLPOWERS power station which failed after only a few months of normal use. The unit began randomly shutting off without warning. This made the product unreliable and raised serious safety concerns about continuing to operate it in my home. I was so concerned it was going to start a fire I had to return it. I returned the unit under warranty as a faulty product. ALLPOWERS received the device and have now had it in their possession for months. After the product failed so early, I requested a refund under Australian Consumer Law. That refund was not provided. My device has also not been returned. The matter remains unresolved after months. ALLPOWERS is a China-based company, with its contact details and headquarters listed in Guangzhou, China, while its Australian site appears to direct customers to email-based support rather than an Australian phone support channel. This China-based company has not provided an acceptable remedy for an Australian consumer when its product failed early. There is no Australian contact centre I could access, no Australian phone support, and no resolution despite them still holding my device. Australian buyers should be very cautious. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
