They simply don't care about there faulty products. Me and others have devices, e.g. Redmi Note 13pro+ that have never received a single update. No Android update No HyperOS update No security patches It's a known and common fault but Xiaomi offer zero help or support.
I originally ordered "In Stock" items AND received an email with FedEx consignment number, stating my goods were "on the way". After a week no packet received at FedEx. On chasing I was told the goods were "out of stock" and they would be "sending soon". They have basically lied twice about this order! That is extremely poor business practice. I would advise all to steer clear of this mob. Ref. resonse below, already done but no reply from this scammy company, hence this review!
