Ceiling Fan Replacement by Liberty HomeGuard
I submitted a claim to my home warranty company (Liberty Home Guard) regarding my ceiling fan that quit working. I received a call from Fabio Lopez of the Liberty Home Guard Resolution Team telling me what their resolution was. The resolution was much greater than I had expected, They are not going to repair my broken ceiling fan, but are going to replace the ceiling fan with a new ceiling fan at no cost to me. Fabio was very curtesy, easy to understand, and stay on the phone with me until I could complete the claim. This is my second claim that I have made to Liberty Home Guard and both times their remedy was greater than my expectations. I would recommend Liberty Home Guard as the best Home Warranty Company ever based on my experience.
