Outstanding Service and a Rug I Love
I had a really positive experience with Boutique Rugs and wanted to share. I originally purchased an outdoor area rug from them that I absolutely loved—it looked beautiful in my space and really pulled everything together. At one point I ran into an issue with a store credit, and while it took a little back and forth, their customer support team ultimately stepped in and made it right. A special thank you to Elvie, who took over my case, escalated it, and followed through to ensure I was taken care of. That level of customer service really stood out. I’ve since used the credit to order the same rug again as a replacement, and I’m just as excited to have it back in my outdoor space. It’s durable, stylish, and exactly what I was looking for. Overall, I really appreciate a company that stands behind their customers and works toward a fair resolution. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again!
