Overall a good experience
Communicating with Etoren's CS is a major headache - you can only use their message function and the drop down options are poorly organized. The product arrived on time and seems to be working properly. Despite the poor communication with the company, I am going to buy another phone from Etoren, because unlike other websites, Etoren's listings are very accurate.
