Renew are slow, disorganised and unhelpful…
It took several weeks for Renew to arrange to order my carpet after a flood and organise fitters. Flood happened in May, carpet replaced in late September (partly the fault of the insurance company). Contacted Renew that the carpet had been badly laid with lumps. And 10 days later - nothing has been done and no one has contacted us to arrange to correct this situation. Very disappointing
