Trisha was extremely pleasant and patient with me as she guided me through my inquiry. As a senior citizen I was initially worried that I would not understand the directions. I was so thrilled with how she patiently directed and provided me with explanations that enabled me to complete each step. Lastly, I mentioned to her that the battery on this phone lasts a long time. I am most grateful for your help and support!
