First time ever used this service for emergency as I booked for a neighbour as they had death in the family..... They travelled from mandya to bangalore in car to catch the bus @2 am as it was funeral.... Family is poor and they really can't afford it but since emergency they opted and they waited from 1am to 4am With a baby of 5year....but you cheat red bus not even responding to call cancellation or update And on top of all these no refund shame on you for this service.... Which is cheating people..
