This seemed too good to be true
This seemed too good to be true. I got the annual savings plan, costing $119 a year for all of my meds. In May I was automatically renewed at $180. Since then, most of my meds have been pending. They provide no explanation why it's pending so I called. They explained they are on backorder and I should buy them from the local pharmacy. Now wait! I just paid $180. for them to basically say tough luck, you're going to have to pay the other pharmacy for meds I've already paid for through DiRx. I emailed them and told them I want a refund for the annual savings plan and their response was sorry we are out of stock, please fill your rx elsewhere. They knew they were having issues keeping meds in stock yet they made sure to take my money in May 2024. Last year they may have gotten 5 stars but this year I will be warning anyone that really needs their medicine, go somewhere else. Cheap for generic is great until you can't get it.
