Medication list is limited, horrible customer service, very expensive
I had an awful experience. I just wanted to renew my very normal prescription for light anxiety and trouble staying asleep. I had received busiprone and trazadone from Kaiser Permanente for three years and was pleased. But had to switch employers and thus insurance companies. The doctor came late, talked at me rather than listen, and told me my medication wasn't on his list of ready-and-approved medications. He prescribed me something that I've never taken and which was for more severe symptoms than I have. I asked to cancel. Minded team wrote me back to say they canceled. And then three months later I realized I was still getting billed 45 every month. I wrote them back because you can't call in... They said I had canceled. I sent them proof that they were billing me. And then they said, "Madame, you canceled but then you asked us to put you back on." What?? All I can recommend is that you avoid this company. There are so many more efficient and attentive and honest online doctors out there.
