My experience with Farm Rio has been a roller coaster, but it just ended on a high note! I had a positive experience buying two dresses in store for an upcoming vacation. Then, ten days later, the exact two dresses I had just purchased show up in the online sale for 50% off plus an additional 20% off! I called the store asking for a price adjustment and was told they only do that within seven days. It was recommended I repurchase the dresses online in the sale while they had my size and return the two dresses bought in store at full price. I followed her instructions and ordered the non-refundable sale dresses online. When my order arrived in the mail without incident, I retrieved the bag from my closet containing the two dresses I bought in store, still sealed in the tissue paper and discovered the sales girl never printed me a receipt! I wrote customer service completely distraught that I now had two identical copies of two dresses and no way to get a refund because I did not have the receipt. I sent them a copy of my credit card statement showing the purchase and hoped for the best. Isadora picked up my email and corresponded with me to find the transaction number for the in-store purchased so it would generate a invoice so I can now return the full-priced dresses by mail or in store. I am truly grateful for her help.
