Company DOES NOT TAKE RETURNS OR RETURN PHONE CALLS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Company does not return phone calls, even when you set up an appointment for a return call. Company does not take any returns, even of something simple to return, like unused stair brackets (in perfect new condition, unused, in original packaging) . These brackets are costly, not custom, brand new, and easy to return. I will PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING. They say NO RETURNS, your order is "custom". Nothing "custom" about my order, - you can order just what I ordered, every day, any time. POOR SERVICE, and VERY MISLEADING.
