I will now be avoiding this company. You find out how good a company is by how they handle problems. The kettle leaked badly after just 8 months. Full refund wouldn't include returns cost or tax so not a full refund at all. When this was pointed out their answer was to complain to Amazon. No refund. The warranty means nothing.
