I received a HadinEeon milk frother for which I was VERY excited. The “on” switch for heating/frothing needed 2 attempt but worked fine. Used almond milk and it was grand! Beautiful froth and warm! I will recommend your brand to anyone asking. Yay!

Customer support link is inactive and without help can't use the product. I purchased a crystal table lamp. Looks great but no clue as how to get the two pieces apart. Have tried twisting, pulling. Useless. $99 wasted!

Good popcorn maker. Works great. Would love to have gotten the prize from them for being a lucky dog in their celebration giveaway. The web address they show for redemption is not usable.

Upgrade in morning coffee.
This milk frother works really well. I love having my morning coffee with a variety of options for morning coffee. Like using this product.
tea kettle lid disaster
Like others who have written in, lid to tea kettle just fell off and there is NO SUPPORT regarding this matter. Plus, since it fell of the kettle does not automatically turn off after reaching boiling point. Not only that, the 36month warrenty i BS.
Kettle lid hinge failure
I purchased an electric kettle around 12 months ago as I wanted one that did not have a plastic body. It was fine up to this morning when the plastic hinge on the lid snapped without warning. This is supposed to be a high end product but the design would suggest otherwise. Brian Perkins, Rugeley, Staffordshire
