I bought the SS-Pro Feb this year. I had trouble with adaptor. It worked, so put it away until April. Long ,short. It did not work. Contacted LetPot,took photos. Very good helpful staff. They send me another. No problem. This new SS-Pro works great. Thanks again LetPot.

I love this system. Its not perfect but for me and my kids who likes to see plant grow and enjoy eating them one in a while is amazing. There is a slight malfunction on thr stat system by its own, but just make sure you are checking it daily and plants will grow fast. Kale turned out to be delicious and the best lettuce I've ever eat!

I bought a Letpot Max but the level sensor didn’t work correctly. The helpdesk assistance in the app is very handy and the replies were swift and kind. The replacement tank had the same issue however. I reported it again. They located the problem and a third tank with the fix was sent and is working beautifully on my desk right now. Although the first impression was a bit disappointing, the helpdesk was able to provide the kind assistance in solving the problem. Thumbs up!
While packing our Letpot away in the closet during a period we weren't growing anything, my wife managed to lose the water cover. I went on Letpot's website but unfortunately it's not a part normally covered in accessories. So I messaged customer support, and got an immediate response that day that they could ship out a new part for a small fee (basically shipping). Customer order placed (after a brief redo due to me not reading the instructions correction), part shipped right out and delivered to my porch about a week later (was shipping from overseas) in a very well packaged box. And they even threw in some growing medium as well. Always prompt responses from my customer service person Tim (and it was nice dealing with the same person, not a random person changing for each response). All in all a good experience. And next time it gets put away, this part is getting taped to the side of the container.
The first D3 unit I purchased showed up with a damaged power supply. After trying to replace it myself, I reached out to the company directly. Kath was extraordinarily helpful in resolving my issue. She sent me a new unit which works very well. My guess is that the original unit was damaged during shipping somehow and not the fault of Letpot.
I love my LetPot Senior! I live in a place that drops down below 0F quite a bit, and we just got snow in April! My climate is far too cold to grow Thai Basil outdoors, but my LetPot allows me to grow Thai Basil all year round. It's super easy to use and clean. The replacement parts are easy to get and the customer service is great. They are willing to help and so communicative. I will never use another hydroponic system!

My little countertop garden was doing great for just over 1 year then stopped working. With no expectations I submitted an enquiry though the app. They had me send some videos and pictures, figured out the issue and sent me a replacement part no charge and it works again. Customer support was top notch.
I love my let pot❤️❤️. I never used a hydroponic garden in my life and now I’m growing lettuce. It is so cool to be able to cut your own lettuce in your house and you barely have to do anything to it to get it to grow. The one hydroponic garden. The filter was not working correctly. I contacted Customer Service and they asked me to do a couple things to make sure it wasn’t working and then they sent me one out now works beautifully. So a product that works great and great customer service. What more could you want? Thank you, LetPot.
I've been using my Air for a few months now with great success .. I love the flexibility of the system and the connection to my wireless so I can monitor and maintain the schedule on my phone app. A few days ago the Air stopped working .. wouldn't power up. With some quick confirmations that I wasn't doing something wrong, LetPot (Kath) immediately shipped a new unit for me. Now that is great service!
This product has been wonderful. The set up and planting was so simple. The plants are growing well and the controls through the app work great. We had a few problems with getting the pump to stay on long enough, however, customer service help was amazing! They really want you to have a great experience with their product. We are really looking forward to wonderful, fresh herbs and produce this year.
The system was very easy to setup. I like the automation part of it and how I can adjust the height of the light as man plants grow.
