Apparently I cannot use this device…
Apparently I cannot use this device without paying one time activation fee despite the device being already active for the trial week and then a monthly subscription. Had I known this, I would not have purchased. I almost did the monthly but they were not willing to honor the coupon code from their own website and when I asked why they wouldn’t I got a reply “sorry, we don’t have any value to offer you.” Stay away. I wasted $94 buying a “brand new” device off ebay. I had no intention of using their subscription feature or “insights” and meal plans so I figured I’d buy unopened from another seller since that option is not available from Lumen directly.
