Samsung Part Never Delivered
I'm echoing the other reviews. I ordered a Samsung part for my vacuum Feb 7th. As of March 4th I've not received the part. The websites email is shut down. I spoke with a representative who told me the part is on back order. The shop ap is useless! My order is no longer listed on the app. I will seek reimbursement via my credit card.
