1 star as it wouldn't let me select zero. Bus delayed from NY by 1hr and 45 minutes and subsequently arrived 1hr and 55 minutes after scheduled. We we told by the attendant the only place to sit was on the ground behind other buses. Not going to happen with a 14 year old and us all unfamiliar with the area. Due to other buses at the same time being cancelled and not wanting to be stranded or sit on the ground for nearly 2 hours, we booked a train as an alternative. Requested our bus tickets were refunded and got a flat no. Avoid people, they don't care about customers service. UPDATE - GREYHOUND HAVE REPLIED BELOW TO APPEAR TO CUSTOMERS THAT THEY HAVE ACTUALLY PROVIDED CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAVE NOT, ITS AN IDENTICAL EMAIL TO BEFORE OFFERING NOTHING AND NOT MENTIONING THE MAJOR ISSUE OF LEAVING A FAMILY TO SIT ON THE GREYHOUND FOR 2 HOURS
