Absolutely shocking poor quality and damaged product
I wouldn’t even rate it a 1 but have to put a minimum of 1 star The service and responses have been insulting No accepting that they are at fault I ordered and paid over £165 for a roll of Lino over 4mx4m to be delivered by one man delivery, drags it out of the van bent in half, to sling it bent over his shoulder, I lay it flat as soon as it’s delivered in the hope it won’t have damaged it then my fitter came out, unravelled into place in my kitchen to fit and was hopeful the over half of my floor has creases and damage from where they’ve bent the role from the point of loading onto the van to be told I’m at fault for not rolling out the roll beforehand before a fitter (not sure where I’m expected to roll it out to fully inspect my fitter raised the issue on the day which I still had to pay fitting fee, and have a Lino fully damaged due to the incompetence of this company to raise a complaint to be insulted with £40 offer to then be told oh we can replace it and collect the damaged Lino but won’t pay for your fitter even though I’ve wasted £80 on a fitter for already damaged Lino so I’ll be even further out of pocket to then be patronised on the phone by a customer care member and manager insulting me, it’s ridiculous and now still waiting for a resolution and when I said I want to escalate it they suggested I speak to CAB what is CAB going to do I’m complaining to the company at fault to be told go to CAB ! DO NOT BUY OFF THESE
