Awful communication
Awful communication. I know alot of people rate them highly but I can only note my experience. Website said 14 days delivery time. After three weeks I messaged for an update to be told they were not in stock, this was not what the website said when I ordered. I waited another week and asked for an update to be told if I wasn't happy waiting I could have a refund. Two days later my order was cancelled not on my request and then waited nearly a week for the refund
