I appreciate good customer service
I purchased my face mask earlier this year and it has been great and I love it and I have noticed a difference. I actually purchased this over another brand and I believe it works better. I have a slight problem with my remote unfortunately, JOV was kind enough to replace it. I appreciate good Customer Service.
