Highly Recommend
I had a truly great experience with LEFEET. I purchased two P1 waterscooters as a birthday gift for my husband, and at first I was told the item was out of stock. After explaining that it was for a very special occasion, their team kindly prioritized my order and arranged shipment within just a few days. Throughout the entire process, their customer service was exceptional. The package was unfortunately held in customs for quite some time, but the LEFEET team stayed incredibly attentive and responsive the whole way through. Every time I reached out, they replied quickly and genuinely tried to help. Even during the Chinese holiday week, when they warned there could be delays, they still maintained excellent communication and support. Thanks to their effort and professionalism, I was able to receive the gift in time for my husband’s birthday, which meant a lot to me. I’m very grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend LEFEET both for their product and especially for their outstanding customer service.
