Order was placed and confirmed by Moglix. However it came after nearly a month. When I opened the box it was found broken. Immediately contacted Customer Care and sent them the photographs 4 nos. They called and asked for more photographs of empty boxes etc. And now no response. Audacity to write claim rejected. For general information, the product was an Iron Wice which can not break easily. The packaging was inadequate for a heavy product. Who's the looser is customers money stuck up with Moglix. A fraudulent company. Contemplating filing a complaint in the Consumer Court if the refund is not given. Olavo DCosta
