Absolute scum bag company. AirBnb should not let this company operate on their website. Companies like this are ruining AirBnb. This has nothing to do with a discount. I booked one of your listings and immediately canceled it, 20 seconds, as it was a mistake. You are refusing to refund any part of the ~$900. And only replying once every 5 days in broken English. If you are a host or property owner considering using them as a property management company, do a basic Reddit or AI search first. Complete scum bags.
