Everything I have ever ordered worked as stated or a couple of emails solved the issue. I have used Keys Worlds for about 4 years.

Ordered a RasPad3 on NOV30 for delivery…
Ordered a RasPad3 on NOV30 for delivery in December. Still not received by 05JAN2021 so I emailed for a tracking number. The response was "We have supply problems, new shipping date sometime in February" I requested my order be cancelled since they could not guarantee delivery. They replied: Cancellation OK, $191.00 to be refunded. Still waiting for refund. They had no problem charging me the instant my order was placed but I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card to get my cancelled order refunded. As an interesting coincidence, the day after I cancelled this order my card was hit with multiple fraudulent charges from around the world.
