Highly Unprofessional
Created an account and filled out the shipping quote request form on their website with all the requested details. I then received an email asking for an order invoice before they would prepare a quote. I sent it immediately and was then asked for a paid receipt because, apparently, “preparing professional quotes is time consuming” and they only prepare quotes for valid orders. The order had already been paid, so I sent the receipt as requested. After nine days with no quote, I emailed asking that my information be forwarded to someone else in the company who could provide one in a timely manner. That was five days ago, and I still have not received a quote or a response. I have never dealt with a shipping company that required proof of a paid order simply to provide a shipping quote. After providing everything they requested, I have now waited two weeks without receiving one. Apparently, their time is considerably more valuable than mine.
