Weird account management
This was my first experience with Alibaba. The supplier of the product I wanted to purchase created an order for me, and that order was inaccessible by me when logged on either with my Alibaba account or with my Google account. Then another order got created that I could access, but that had to be cancelled. Bottom line: I cannot access the actual order that was executed, it doesn't show up in my shopping history... And Alibaba support claims they cannot transfer that "ghost order" to my account. Some improvement is in order!
