Bad support service
The necklace i bought is not exactly like the one in the photo (Moonstone White Zircon Necklace - Lush Luna). Moonstones are hardly appreciated. On the other hand, i'm allergic to some metals and i have asked them for a certificate that the necklace is made of silver, since they dont send anything certifying that the jewels are real. They have only sent me a certificate via email of a stone that doesnt even have my necklace (labradorite). I have asked them to please justify that the necklace is made of silver and i have not received a responde. Very bad technical service for the prices of jewelry. 15/08: After talking to them and asking them to please send the certificate, they tell me to trust their word and they firmly REFUSE to send it.
