Eventually got a refund
The item came damaged, really struggled to get through to them on the phone , eventually got a reply off an email, sent item back track and trace said item was received by them , emailed again for refund and they said its not been processed , could take up to 14 days even though ive proof they have received it , just hoping I get refund soon as its over £200 Not good service in my eyes Eventually got refund but won't be buying again from them
