If I can give zero star
If I can give zero star, I would. Was waiting for my package from Malaysia since November 2020 to Germany. Firstly, they asked for duty fees for transit in England which I paid. Then they proceeded to route my package to Italy. Then they informed me it was a mistake early January 2021. Then they informed that they are rerouting my package to Germany. However after waiting and checking status everyday, there was no changes in the tracking status since 9 January 2021. Now suddenly on 19 feb they tell me they lost my packet. The information was only shared however after I pushed them for the package status again and again. If I had not pressured them, I think they will just pretend nothing had happened. REAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Never again!!
