Patience and knowledge of the reps. Clear guidance was given whether the inquiry was for technical help or product help. I particularly appreciated the assistance given to us by Christian Smith. His clear explanations and guidance are very much appreciated by both my husband and I. He did not make you feel stupid for asking questions.
