Mixed reviews
After my call to Anchor on Monday, and in compliance with the representative's suggestion to call back on the 28th, I called back. The first call today was answered by Kimberly, and she dropped the call after 20 minutes, without clearly answering any of my questions. I then called Anchor again, and talked to Garren, who was pleasant and helpful, and answered my questions as best he could. He also promised to have a different department email me a new contract which should reflect the adjustments made after my first call this week. In pointing out Anchor's discrepancies in basic bookkeeping, I hope my suggestions were helpful to your future transactions and their accuracy.
