Missing diamonds
Ordered 27 diamond paintings and all arrived together in a box. Each one was individually packaged, but one was missing the actual diamonds. After several emails back and forth, they said "We checked with the warehouse The warehouse reports that all your products have been shipped, and there is no missing or under-issued products We will check carefully before leaving the warehouse It may be taken away by others at your local post office or in transit, or you may find it carefully at home. Please contact the local post office for a claim Nice day" The post office had nothing to do with it. All they had to do was send the set of diamonds that was missing. In other words, they just blew off the issue which was of course an error in packaging.
