I was excited that the costumes are made to order. I ordered a Halloween costume a bit more than a month before Halloween. I live in the USA. After ordering, they told me that they couldn't make and deliver the costume to the USA in time for Halloween and would give me a refund and 10 percent off my next purchase. Though I was disappointed, I was impressed by their honesty to me of what they can deliver. I rated 4 stars only because I don't have a product to rate. I'd say 5 stars for customer service. Can't state enough how much I appreciated their honesty!!
