I placed an order about 4 months ago and experienced what i'd imagine to be everything that could go wrong with an online order. I collectively called in 15-20 times and nearly every employee I spoke with was very helpful and committed to finding a positive solution. Fast track to today Chastity called me and for the first time, officially solved the whole puzzle. She was so kind and incredibly generous.
