Refund after 3 month
I made a purchase in October 30th, 2020 and they cancelled in November 2nd, 2020, until now February 3rd, 2021 I am still not receiving the refund. I emailed them twice and their answer were the same "Waiting the update", I am not sure update from who. 3 days ago I emailed them with no response at all. Update February 06th, 2021: I got the replay mail after writing this review informing me that the refund has been initiated in February 3rd, 2021 and I got the amount credited to my account in February 6th, 2021.
