After claiming that they will help they have done nothing. I would just like to warn buyers that they are unprofessional, have a bad attitude and are unwilling to help.

I bought a Mezzonite chair from Moglix . It came in a tattered box and the leather was torn in 3 places. I sent them photos and they agreed to sending a new one. I got the new one after 3 weeks and constant follow up. the box was still ragged looking and the arm has a small tear in it. But I am so fed up of dealing with them, that I am just going to keep it. during and after assembly, I found the quality to be very poor, the wheels are not smooth, dont fit and Do Not rotate. the chrome is dull and scratched in places, and the leather stitching is downright ugly.
