My experience was fine compared to others, but probably won't use them again
I've ordered twice from JJsHouse - once for a custom wedding dress and more recently for wedding shoes. I wanted to write a review because my experience has been surprisingly fine. Having read all the awful reviews on here, I was quite worried, especially when the shoes didn't fit and I wanted to return them for a refund. But it was all ok and the refund arrived in my account promptly. Yes, the returns options you get when you ask for a refund is a little bit weird and confusing, but I found their communication to be prompt when I queried things. My wedding dress is not perfect and will need a few alterations but I fully expected that when buying cheaply online. If you have realistic expectations (i.e. you get what you pay for) then you should be ok. Since looking at the strange returns options I have some concerns that this may be a sweatshop so doubt I'll use again but the two experiences I've had have been without trouble.
