I have made multiple orders on here! I like some items that I've received, but not all. The colour of their gold hangers are very misleading. On the website it resembles the colour of real gold, more warm and natural looking. When they arrived in the mail, they are very tacky looking and have that fake gold colour to them. I don't wear them ever because of this, which is disappointing after spending nearly 60 euro on the single pair. I bought a few pairs of silver hangers as well, which look much better than the gold ones. However, I dropped one from my hand onto my bathroom counter (not a very long drop) and it broke right away... Now it will not stay closed. This was the second day of owning them so that really sucked! Quality looks much higher on the website than in person. As far as customer service goes, it is decent! Just takes a bit of time to hear back. Also shipping isn't too long to the Netherlands. I bought a new pair to replace the one that broke right away because I really liked the way they looked but that will be the last time I buy something from this shop. I've spent hundreds of euros and only have 2 pairs that I actually like and wear. Honestly wouldn't really recommend this shop due to lack of quality and misleading advertisement. Definitely a bit over prices considering these factors.
