Great seriousness and professionalism
Unfortunately, the bike's motor broke after a year. At the same time, I was very impressed with Duotts's professionalism. I didn't have much hope of finding a solution to my problem. I wrote to customer service, and within a few hours, I received a reply, starting a daily dialogue. After the requested checks, the operator (Molly) told me they would send me a new motor. She even explained that there would be a slight delay due to the seven-day national holiday. I received the new motor within 15 days! I am extremely satisfied with both the replacement and the constant assistance I received. I found them to be very professional and reliable.
